Property Taxes are Due by April 28, 2011

Property owners have three options to pay: 

• Pay in full by the September date and receive a 3% discount
• Pay by three installments of Sept. 28, 2010, Jan.27, 2011, April 28, 2011 pay them all by April 28, 2011
• Final payment for the 2010-2011 is due April 28, 2011
   
  Any outstanding balance after the April 28, 2011 will incur an 8% delinquent penalty fee and a 1% interest fee
  per month on any unpaid balance.

This payment schedule is voted on each year by the population present at the informational Town Meeting.
